1. Confirming the booking
I) ‘Confirmation’ will mean any verbal, electronic or written acceptance of this booking by the ‘client’ and 'PartyZone Liverpool’
II) All bookings take effect immediately upon ‘confirmation’.
III) Upon ‘confirmation’ of the booking, PartyZone Liverpool will issue an invoice to the ‘client’ which is acceptance of this contract.
2. Changes to contract
The agreed booking fees may be subject to change (in agreement with both the ‘client’ and ‘PartyZone Liverpool’) if any details on the contract are altered. All changes to the contract must be arranged & agreed by PartyZone Liverpool in advance of the event.
3. Payment of fees
The agreed booking deposit is due strictly with the receipt of the contract.
Deposit can be paid by debit card and bank transfer Unless otherwise agreed by PartyZone Liverpool. Balances are payable no later than 28 days prior to the event.
Should you have to cancel you must inform us asap
If you cancel a booking we may have difficulty re booking the space therefore, if you cancel for any reason 100% of the deposit paid will be non refundable, and if you cancel within the timescale below:
6 -12 months prior to the event 50% of the total booking value
Less than 6 months prior to the event 100% of the total booking and payments made
