1. Confirming the booking

I) ‘Confirmation’ will mean any verbal, electronic or written acceptance of this booking by the ‘client’ and 'PartyZone Liverpool’

II) All bookings take effect immediately upon ‘confirmation’.

III) Upon ‘confirmation’ of the booking, PartyZone Liverpool will issue an invoice to the ‘client’ which is acceptance of this contract. A 30% non refundable deposit is due to secure your booking.  Bookings are not confirmed without a deposit and we will not hold a date without a deposit.

2. Changes to contract
The agreed booking fees may be subject to change (in agreement with both the ‘client’ and ‘PartyZone Liverpool’) if any details on the contract are altered. All changes to the contract must be arranged & agreed by PartyZone Liverpool in advance of the event.

3. Payment of fees
The agreed booking deposit is due strictly with the receipt of the contract. 

Deposit can be paid by debit card and bank transfer Unless otherwise agreed by PartyZone Liverpool.  Balances are payable no later than 28 days prior to the event.

4. Cancellations
Should you have to cancel you must inform us as soon as possible.  Any work already undertaken will be deducted from any refund.

If you cancel a booking we may have difficulty re-booking the space therefore, if you cancel for any reason 100% of the deposit paid will be non refundable, and if you cancel within the timescale below:

6 -12 months prior to the event 50% of the total booking value

Less than 6 months prior to the event 100% of the total booking and payments made


If because of Covid-19 you are no longer able to hold your event because of either a lockdown or restrictions forcing your venue to close then under current guidelines you are entitled to a full refund under force majeure.

If a consumer cancels a contract because they no longer want the service, even though the service can still be provided as agreed, the consumer will be entitled to a refund in line with the applicable terms and conditions.

Our terms and conditions (above) state that upon booking there is a 30% payment required upon booking to secure the date. This amount is non-refundable but is deducted from your final balance.


In addition to this, within 6-12 months of the event, 50% of the booking value is retained and within 6 months of the event, 100% of the booking value is retained.

If your event has been postponed or you no longer want to hold your event because of restrictions, we are happy to transfer 100% of the booking value to the new date.
